Leaderboard as of December 2024

How the Leaderboard works?

  • Rankings are based on the Funded Month submitted via the commission form on myeshl.com.
  • Any commission submitted after the 3rd Friday of the following month will not be acknowledged in our rankings when published on Social Media.
  • Primary Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO): The licensed Loan Officer who is officially listed on the 1003 (Uniform Residential Loan Application) as the primary responsible party for originating and managing the loan. This individual is accountable for client interactions, structuring the loan, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Only the Primary MLO receives credit for the loan on the leaderboard.
  • Secondary Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO): A licensed Loan Officer who may assist in various aspects of the loan process but is not designated as the primary Loan Officer on the 1003. While they may provide support in consultation, processing, or coordination, they do not receive credit toward leaderboard rankings.
